Australian Customers:

Regular Parcel Post: FREE

Express Post: $5

International Customers:

Flat rate $18

How long will it take to receive my order?

All items will be posted on the first business day* after the order has been completed.

Australian orders eligible for free shipping are either couriered or delivered via Australia Post. Depending on where in this vast and beautiful country you live, it will take 1-6 business days for orders to be delivered.

The Express Shipping option will be shipped via Australia Post. They will be posted on the first business day after the order has been completed, and should arrive on the following business day. So, one-to-two business days after your order clears, depending on when you place your order.

*Business days are considered as Monday to Friday.

International Customers

UK Orders: Posted via Australia Post. May take up to 14 days.

US Orders: Posted via Australia Post. May take up to 10 days.

What currency is used on the site?

All costs are in Australian Dollars AUD.

Return and Refund Policy

As a very small company, we carefully check and package each item before shipping to make sure everything is in tip top shape before sending it out. And we’ve made every effort we can to make sure each item is photographed and described as a true representation of the product.

Please note that we are only able to provide refunds or credits in limited circumstances. Refunds or exchanges are not eligible due to change of mind. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can resolve any issues quickly.

Please note: all sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for an exchange, refund or store credit. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are strictly not eligible for exchange, refund or store credit. All other apparel must be unstained and accompanied by original packaging intact to be eligible for exchange.

Exchanges, refunds and store credits will only be issued upon Maison de Femmes receiving and verifying that the returned products are eligible.

Note that the cost of the return parcel will be borne by the customer. We recommend shipping the parcel with the most cost effective shipping that is available, that includes tracking.

Care Instructions

  • Make sure you always avoid contact with chemicals and moisture‚ such as hair spray, perfume‚ lotions‚ household cleansers, pool and sea water.
  • Remember to take off your jewellery before showering.
  • Use a soft, clean cloth to wipe your jewellery after wearing them to remove natural body oils, sweat or residue.
  • Gold and silver plated jewellery will eventually tarnish or discolour if left out in the open air, and through natural wear and rubbing.
  • To preserve the condition of your gorgeous pieces, it is recommended that you store your accessories in a neat and cool place.
  • Make sure you take off your jewellery before sleeping!
