What is gold filled jewellery?

Gold filled materials are made by heat and pressure bonding 5% (or 3 microns) of gold to brass sheeting or wire, giving it a super thick coating of gold that won’t tarnish, scratch, or rub off.

Use a soft, clean cloth to wipe your jewellery after wearing them to remove natural body oils, sweat or residue.Avoid direct contact of soap, shampoo, perfume and hairspray.Swimming in a pool or the ocean is fine, but remember to rinse your jewellery with fresh water when you’re done.To preserve the condition of your gorgeous pieces, it is recommended that you store your accessories in a cool and dry place.Don’t sleep in your jewellery to prevent tangling and breakage of fine chains.

If you’ve received your order and something doesn’t seem right for you, let me know! If your necklace is too small or too large, I can adjust it to suit you.

Please keep in mind that I go to every effort to list the sizing of every product. The cost of shipping back to me to adjust and back to you again will be borne by the customer, along with any additional material and labour fees.

30 Day Return Policy

Returns:

We offer a flexible 30 day return policy for eligible items, provided they meet the return criteria:

  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are considered final sale and strictly ineligible for exchange or store credit.
  • All other apparel must be unstained and accompanied by original packaging intact to be eligible for exchange, refund or store credit.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange your item, we will issue a gift card that you can go ahead and purchase your desired piece with.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be made for eligible purchases via the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.
  • Item must be returned (shipping at customer's expense) and validated prior to refund being processed.
