Each Maison de Femmes order arrives with either a jewellery pouch, box or wrapped in tissue paper.
Orders over $100 will be shipped in either a complimentary jewellery pouch or gift box, at our discretion and depending on availability. Orders under $100 will be gift wrapped in our signature sun and moon tissue paper.
Each order only comes with one pouch or one box, regardless of the number of items purchased. This is a conscious environmental decision we have made, as some people throw them away or don't want a bunch of unused boxes or pouches laying around.
If you would like more than one pouch or box, you can purchase them separately here. Perfect for gifting jewellery to your bridesmaids or any other special occasion.

Maison de Femmes uses a selection of Gold Filled, Sterling Silver and Gold Vermeil metals to create high quality, long lasting, skin-friendly and tarnish resistant jewellery you'll treasure for a long time.
Each piece comes with an 6-month warranty. Please get in touch with us at customercare@maisondefemmes.com if you have any concerns with the quality of your jewellery.
30 Day Returns
All items (excluding final sale and earrings for hygiene reasons) are eligible for 30 day returns.
If you have changed your mind and would like to return your order, you will receive a store credit to the value originally paid. Your original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are borne onto the customer.
If you purchase a necklace or bracelet but it's not quite what you were after, please get in touch to arrange a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
