Each piece comes with an 6-month warranty. Please get in touch with us at customercare@maisondefemmes.com if you have any concerns with the quality of your jewellery.
30 Day Returns
All items (excluding final sale and earrings for hygiene reasons) are eligible for 30 day returns.
If you have changed your mind and would like to return your order, you will receive a store credit to the value originally paid. Your original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are borne onto the customer.
If you purchase a necklace or bracelet but it's not quite what you were after, please get in touch to arrange a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

What makes our birthstone necklaces so special?
14K Gold Vermeil Charms
Our Birthstone Pendants are made from true 14K gold vermeil and real, genuine gemstones. We use a base of durable & hypoallergenic sterling silver with 2.5 microns of gold plating plus a protective e-coating for longer wear.
18K Gold Filled Chains
We use high quality 18K Gold Filled curb chains, sourced from the USA. Gold filled is a base of jeweller's brass with a thick layer (at least 5% total weight) of gold heat bonded for a water and sweat-resistant finish.
Mini Birthstone Charms
Another original Maison de Femmes design, our Mini Birthstone Charms add another layer of meaning and personalisation to your necklace. Real gemstones, handcut and polished to perfection.

Every Maison de Femmes order over $150 arrives in our signature luxury jewellery box; orders under are delivered in our classic microfibre pouch, pending availability.
